Ordered a few riding bits from Tried Equestrian they were decent. No real complaints, quality seemed fine, and the website was easy enough to get through.
Just felt like the total got a little high once shipping and the small add-ons were included. Would probably buy again if there was a sale, but at full price, feels a bit steep.

The box showed up a little beat up, so the packaging wasn’t exactly great. Anyway, everything seemed fine overall, but it definitely could’ve been packed better.

The quality feels good overall, but I did notice a minor issue after using it. Nothing major, but I’m curious if anyone else had the same problem?

I reached out because I needed a quick answer before getting on with the rest of my day, and I ended up waiting longer than I thought I would. They did reply eventually and the help was okay, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just a bit slower than I’d hoped.

I was surprised by how much they had. Compared to a lot of other places I’ve browsed, there were way more options for tack and riding clothes, and it was actually easy to find different sizes. Everything was simple to look through, and I ended up finding more than I planned to. Really happy with it.

I ordered from Tried Equestrian for the first time i was weirdly thrilled by how easy it all was. I found what I needed so quickly that I was almost suspicious, like surely shopping online isn’t meant to be this painless.
Checkout was super straightforward, with none of those annoying little glitches that make you want to throw your laptop out the window. The order updates were clear too, so I wasn’t left dramatically wondering where my parcel had vanished off to.

My order arrived in good time, everything was packed nicely, and it was exactly what I expected. I’m genuinely really happy with it and would absolutely shop with them again...

I bought a saddle from triedequestrian.com and overall had a really good experience. The listing was pretty much spot on, the photos matched what arrived, and the wear was described accurately, so there weren’t any surprises. Shipping was fine too, maybe not anything unusually fast, but totally reasonable. I felt like I had a clear idea of what I was getting before I ordered, which I really appreciated

I ordered breeches and a base layer from triedequestrian.com, and honestly... the fit was better than I expected. I went by the size chart, and it was mostly accurate, though the breeches did feel just a little snug in the waist at first.

Once I had them on, they were still comfortable, and the length was actually right, which is usually where I run into problems. I’m giving 4 stars because I definitely had to double-check my measurements a few times before ordering, but overall the sizing was close enough that I’d probably stick with my normal size again.

The order turned out fine in the end, but the communication could’ve been a lot better. I wasn’t really sure what was happening or when things were supposed to arrive, and the timeline seemed to shift or wasn’t explained clearly. I had to ask twice for updates, and even then the replies were a little vague. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just more confusing and slower than I expected.

I’d say the website is okay overall and I was able to use it without too much trouble, but it wasn’t exactly the most seamless experience. A few pages took longer to load than I expected, and I found myself clicking around more than I really wanted to just to find the product I was looking for. It’s not a bad site by any means, and everything more or less works, but it just feels like it could use some cleaning up and making the navigation a little easier

My order was mostly right, I think, but one of the items came in the wrong size. I emailed them and they did get it sorted out eventually, though it took a little longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience or anything, just kind of annoying.

I ordered from Tried Equestrian and the tracking was frustrating. It sat on the same update for days, so I had no idea if it had even moved or what. Then out of nowhere it switched to out for delivery, with basically no warning. The package did show up, just later than I thought it would, and I kept having to check the tracking myself. Customer service did reply, which was fine, but they didn’t really explain much, so I was still kind of left wondering. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but next time I’d probably hesitate a bit before ordering again

The swap was quick and painless, which I appreciated. No fuss at all with the exchange process. I’m just still a little unsure about the overall quality, so I’ll have to see how it holds up.
